Princess Kate and Prince William paid a surprise visit to Northern Ireland this morning to visit various charities and community initiatives.
For the outing, the Prince and Princess of Wales coordinated in elegant blue ensembles. Kate opted for a lovely powder blue coat, which she wore over a pussy bow blouse in the same hue and navy trousers with matching pumps. She carried a small black handbag and accessorized only with gold and pink gem earrings by Missoma and her sapphire-and-diamond engagement ring, which once belonged to Princess Diana.
William, meanwhile, looked cool as he stepped out in a navy suit and layered a royal blue sweater over a white dress shirt and navy tie. He wore brown shoes and was all smiles while walking next to his wife.

For their first stop of the day, Kate and William visited the PIPS Charity in Belfast, which works to provide crisis support for those at risk of suicide and self-harm.
The royals spoke with counselors about the life-saving work that the charity provides, including allowing walk-ins and training emergency staff to respond to and help people in distress.
Kate and William (as well as King Charles III, Prince Harry, and Duchess Meghan) have long been advocates of mental health. Earlier this year in May, they took over all radio stations in the United Kingdom to broadcast a Mental Health Minute. During their surprise 60-second broadcast, they spoke about overcoming and coping with loneliness.
The prince and princess today also visited Trademarket, a new outdoor street food and retail market in the heart of Belfast. Afterward, they’re stopping by the Carrick Connect, a youth charity in Carrickfergus that offers support services to local youths experiencing social or emotional difficulties.
