This festival season’s queen of red-carpet fashion is back with another breathtaking look.
Jodie Turner-Smith turned heads in a gilded gown yesterday while attending the U.K. premiere of her film White Noise. The event was part of the 66th BFI London Film Festival, held at the Royal Festival Hall.
Turner-Smith’s Balmain dress was essentially gold metallic armor. The bodice featured a rectangular pattern in the middle, contrasted by circular patterns on the sides, skirt, and sleeves. One long sleeve was enveloped in gold and silver glitter. The glitter ran over part of the actress’s side and the top of the gown, which reached all the way up to her neck.

But Turner-Smith didn’t stop there. Adding to the maximalist ensemble, she accessorized with two silver-and-ruby wrap snake bracelets by Bulgari—one that doubled as a ring—and various silver rings, including one with a giant emerald. For earrings, she chose a pair of gold seashell-shaped pieces adorned with rubies.
As she posed for photos, the red carpet reflected on her metallic gown.
The actress’s striking red-carpet entrance in London comes about two months after she took over the Venice Film Festival. While there, Turner-Smith had a string of stunning gala looks, including a multicolored gown pulled straight from Christopher John Rogers’s pre-fall 2022 runway. The floor-length piece—which was sleeveless and featured an ethereal abstract print in vibrant reds, oranges, yellows, pinks, grays, and blues—sent her right to the top of everyone’s best-dressed list.
