Khloé Kardashian is putting her own personal spin on the street style scene’s beloved pink phase.
Yesterday, the Good American cofounder and reality TV star was spotted supporting little sister Kylie Jenner at a Kylie Cosmetics event in Los Angeles. For the family affair, Khloé dressed in head-to-toe bubblegum pink.
The head-turning look consisted of a sleek blazer, a form-fitting top, clingy leggings, and slouchy over-the-knee pointed boots—all doused in a vibrant shade of pink. She even matched her Hermès Kelly pochette to the color palette.
This isn’t the first time that Khloé has gone full Barbiecore.
Back in June, she shared photos of a metallic hot pink look on Instagram. The monochrome ensemble consisted of a bodysuit hailing from older sister Kim Kardashian’s shapewear line, SKIMS, and reflective hot pink pants from her own brand, Good American. She finished the look with a pair of metallic pink leather pumps by Christian Louboutin.
Lately, hot pink has been dominating Hollywood. Most notably, the color has played a significant role in the wardrobe of Greta Gerwig’s highly anticipated live-action Barbie film, according to paparazzi photos taken from set.
The swath has also seen prominent placement on runways and red carpets. Valentino creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli doused 40 looks from the house’s fall/winter 2022 collection in Valentino Pink PP, a saturated hue developed by Pantone color specialists. Since, the collection has appeared on celebrities like Zendaya, Gigi Hadid, Anne Hathaway, and more.
“The accumulation of pink elements is such as to eliminate the visual shock to bring out, together, the unique character of the person, expressed by the face and the eyes, and the work on the pieces of clothing,” the show notes explained.
