Duchess Meghan gave a masterclass in pairing different shades of denim.
The Duchess of Sussex was spotted cheering on Prince Harry at the royal’s latest polo match yesterday, at the Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club. To watch the match, Meghan donned a casual summer outfit, consisting of a short-sleeve denim button-up and loose shorts in a slightly darker shade of the fabric.
She also wore a black long-sleeved sweater draped over her shoulders and tied at the front, and accessorized the look with brown strappy sandals, gold jewelry including a watch, and oversized black sunglasses.
The match was Harry’s latest appearance on the polo grounds, as he played with his team Los Padres in the semi-final of the Pacific Coast Circuit Inter-Circuit Cup.
The duchess also made an appearance at one of Harry’s matches last month, where she took part in the prize ceremony after his team won the Lisle Nixon Memorial trophy. Meghan even gave her husband a quick kiss while presenting him with an individual prize.
For the match, Meghan wore a pair of loose white bermuda shorts from one of her favored brands, Khaite, paired with a long-sleeved, tie-front blouse in a black-and-white polka-dot print by CELINE by Hedi Slimane. She finished the look with a pair of black Aquazzura pumps, a black belt also from Khaite, and a black wide-brim hat.
Earlier this week, the duchess showed off her elegant professional style during a visit to Project Fearless, an Amsterdam-based nonprofit which works to empower young women and nonbinary students. For the visit, Meghan layered a beige blazer over a black top, black dress pants, and matching heels. She kept her hair down in loose waves and wore natural makeup and minimal accessories.
