Bella Hadid has brought her signature style to the Eternal City.
The supermodel was spotted in a modern take on a corseted evening wear during a dinner date Friday night with her boyfriend, Marc Kalman, at the restaurant Dal Bolognese in Rome. In the pics, which you can see here, Hadid wore a black lace buttoned corset over a white button-down, paired with black wide-legged trousers and pointed-toe boots.
She also wore a pair of square-rimmed glasses and her hair was pulled back in a half-up, half-down style. Instead of carrying a bag, she held her phone with an attached beaded wristlet strap.
Hadid, who’s known for updating vintage trends from the ’70s to the Y2K era, has spoken out about being her own stylist and defending her fashion choices. In a January interview with WSJ. Magazine, the model opened up about learning to dress how she wants and shrug off what other people say.
“In the last year, it was really important for me to learn that even if people talk about my style or if they like it or if they don’t, it doesn’t matter, because it’s my style,” she continued. “When I leave the house in the morning, what I think about is: Does this make me happy? Do I feel good in this and do I feel comfortable?”
The Rome spotting comes days after the announcement that Hadid will make her acting debut with a recurring guest-star role on the third season of Ramy.
In her own post about the announcement, the model wrote, “best cast, best crew, best show. honored & excited .

love you,” she wrote.
