Cardi B is having a happy birthday.
The “Money” rapper, who celebrated her 29th birthday on Monday, revealed that her husband, rapper and Migos member Offset, bought her a luxurious mansion in the Dominican Republic as a gift. Sharing a video of the six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom home on Instagram, she wrote a long thank-you to Offset while also explaining her plans for the property.
“For a hot minute now I’ve been telling Set that I really want to invest in short term home rental properties in the DR and other Caribbean countries (since people vacation all year around in those locations), but I felt like he didn’t agree with me and would rather put money into other investments,” she wrote, adding, “Well, I was wrong 
.”

! This was sooo amazing to me. For one, I’m so happy that you were actually really listening to me and not just smiling and nodding your head so I could stop talkin to you about it

The couple welcomed their second child together, a baby boy, a month ago. (They’re also parents to three-year-old Kulture Kiari Cephus.) They announced the bundle of joy with a photo from the delivery room, featuring the parents gazing lovingly at their swaddled son.

Yesterday, Offset shared a loving birthday tribute for his wife, including pics from Cardi’s dance hall-themed birthday bash.
